what value is added to both sides of the equation.

X1=(-16√16^2-4*1*9)/(2*1) = (-16 - 2*√55)/ 2=-15.416

X2=(-16+√16^2-4*1*9)/(2*1) = (-16+2*√55)/2=-0.584
