A ball of radius 0.200 m rolls with a constant linear speed of 3.00 m/s along a horizontal table. the ball rolls off the edge and falls a vertical distance of 2.08 m before hitting the floor. what is the angular displacement of the ball while the ball is in the air

Falling off the table the vertical distance doesn't depend on the horizontal velocity.  Then the table height of 2.08 = (1/2)at^2 = 16t^2.  t= 0.36 seconds to hit the floor.
During this time the velocity = 3x0.36 = 1.08 meters.
The angle it hits the floor is arcTan(2.08/1.08) = 62.6 degrees.
