can great value apple cider vinegar still work for weight loss?

1, add 2-3 teaspoons in warm/cold water
2,drink after waking up and before every meal

those are the directions for the ACV weight loss thing. I'm just wondering will it stlll work with great value ACV?please help and don't give me any wrong answers. I don't want to drink something that is bad for my system. thank you!:)
