We first work out the number of crates = 6 × 5 × 6 = 180 crates

1 crate ⇒ 4 boxes
180 crates ⇒ 4 × 180 = 720 boxes

1 box ⇒ 20 cartons
720 boxes ⇒ 720×20 = 14400 cartons

1 carton ⇒ 12 eggs
14400 cartons ⇒ 12 × 14400 = 172800 eggs 

Answer: 172800 eggs
