A fly and an ant are located in the middle of a floor. If the fly starts moving upward along a straight path of it’s choice, will the ant be able to move along a parallel path?

Respuesta :

No if i remember correctly parallel line move next to each other without touching so if the fly is going up the ant needs to go up also, but it cant so it wont move in a parallel path

If the fly starts moving upward on a straight path on its own, the ants won't be able to move along a path that is parallel.

What are Parallel Lines?

  • An example of what parallel lines are is shown in the diagram attached below.
  • Parallel lines have equal distance between each other in the same direction.
  • Line a is parallel to line b, and line p is parallel to line q.

Thus, if the fly starts moving upward on a straight path on its own, the ants won't be able to move along a path that is parallel.
