He Starts: 110
First hour: 110 + 20: 130
Second hour: 130+20=150
Third hour: 150 + 20

Each hour he earns 20 USD
For total earn:

When he starts, zero hour:   110 + (20)(0) = 110 + 0 = 110 USD
When he works one hour:   110 + (20)(1) = 110 + 20 = 130 USD
When he works two hours:   110 + (20)(2) = 110 + 40 = 150 USD
When he works three hours:   110 + (20)(3) = 110 + 60 = 170 USD

When he works five hours:   110 + (20)(5) = 110 + 100 = 210 USD
