Okay. When it comes to the Articles of Confederation, there were some concerns. It was not having to do with boundaries or the British. Therefore, B and D are eliminated. Rather that to pass a law, 9 our of 13 states has to approve, and to change the amendment, all had to approve. Those votes were very difficult to get, and that was one of the weaknesses of the Articles of Confederation. The answer is A.
