i was mad at my mom for taking my phone and I punched a hole in the wall. I shouldve just punched a pillow. but one way to blow off steam is to count to 10 and relax

One time I was super mad at this girl for putting glue on my hair and so she said wanna fight and I was like if your up for it... but I didn't wanna fight her but she made me ;c I regret it too, I should have just talked it out?? or something. A way I can blow off steam is to use Coping skills.

  • Pop bubble wrap
  • Squish playdough

  • Squeeze a stress ball
  • Talk about it
  • Scribble on paper and crumple it up
