Your role and responsibility is to take care of your body because it's the only one you have. Your responsibility is to make sure your body is getting the nutrition and vitamins it needs. Making sure you drink enough water and keep as many chemicals out of your body as you can is a huge key to health. Read your food and medication labels so you know what your putting into your body. Making room and time to exercise and work out properly in order to maintain your health.
