Respuesta :

Well they are different widths and and sizes shapes, and so they are  different because of that.

Answer:

They have different surface

Explanation:

Hi, apart from the fact that they have different shapes, they have another difference:

Even having the same mass and volume, the surface of two objects can be different

In an estimation:

Piece 1 (cube):

[tex]A=1.5 in * 1 in * 6 sides[/tex]

[tex]A=9 in^2[/tex]

Piece 2 (plate)

[tex]A=3 in * 6 in * 2 sides[/tex]

[tex]A=36 in^2[/tex]

This piece isn't perfectly rectangular but this gives you an idea of the difference of surfaces. Also, we didn't add the little surface of the sides.
