A woman bought some large frames for $15 each and some small frames $5 each at a close out sale. If she bought 23 frames for $195, find how many of each type she bought

Let X be large frames and Y be small frames.
X+Y=23
15X+5Y=195 or 3X+Y=39

Thus 2x=16
so X=8
so Y=15
