But it might be sarcastic as well or very self confident
In my opinion a confrontational way or even sarcastic way would be more demonstrative in the attitude or way of saying "OK.....
it depends on the situation before, the intonation of the voice......

Because she leans back, makes herself comfortable putting her feet on the chair . So she seems very confident .
