There the need for a place to sell their produce whether manufactured locally or imported so, the need for a market was very obvious, also there was a very great need for institutions of learning where people can get basic skills to make new and innovative products or invent entirely new ones. Again, there was need for an inflo of cash into the banking system or people to invest in various sectors of the British economy. Another very important thing that was needed was cheap source of labor or better still free labor.
