What you could do is describe how the prominent scientists (althought htey didn't really call thmselves that as they were mostly mathematicians or astronomers or something else discovered that the Earth revolves around the Sun and not the other way around as it was believed before their discoveries. You can include names such as Nicolaeus Copernicus, Galileo Galilei, and Johannes Kepler, all extremely important figures of the scientific revolution.
