lugos and paschal each wrote an equation for the line that passes through (-3,2) and (6,8) lugos says the equation is y=2/3x+4 and paschal says the equation is 2x-3y=-12. who is correct? why do you say so?

m=(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)=(8-2)/(6+3)=6/9=2/3
y=mx+b
with point (6,8)
8=(2/3)*(6)+b-------------> 8=4+b------------> b=4
y=(2/3)x+4
