Muscular strength simply has to do with how much force one can exert or the weight that can be lifted. Muscular endurance simply means the ability of a muscle to be able to every force continuously for a long period of time.

Flexibility simply means the quality of bending easily without breaking. Body composition is the percentage of body fat in a human.  

It should be noted that a good stress can be traveling and good changes. Bad stress affects one negatively e.g the death of a loved one.
