Hamlet's conflict with Claudius is difficult, and it represents a man vs man conflict.
Hamlet, because of his father's ghost telling him Claudius murdered him, has now vowed to take revenge on Claudius. This physical action of revenge is very clearly man vs man. Additionally, before the Ghost of King Hamlet even appears, it is clear Hamlet is not a huge fan of Claudius because of how fast he married his mother after his father's death.
