The
purpose of breathing exercises is to settle the body and mind. Since, we as
humans, face a lot of stresses in our everyday lives (may it be work, friends,
family, etc.), we need to put ourselves back to our normal state. And breathing
in and out could help the blood circulate well throughout our body giving the
sufficient energy needed by our brains to function well and relax. Breathing exercises
helps us to maintain our posture and be able to decide with more refreshed
mind.
