If it's to two decimal places then you count two places after the dot.
Then you look at the next number along.
If the next number is a 0, 1, 2, 3 or 4 then you keep the second number after the dot same and get rid of any numbers after it.
If the next number is a 5, 6, 7, 8 or 9 then you add one to the second number after the dot and get rid of any numbers after it.
