Respuesta :

The correct answer to number 7 is US naval blockade led to agreement with Soviet withdraw of missiles in Cuba and US missile withdraw in Turkey.

After the US initially found out about Soviet missiles in Cuba, the federal government had to create a plan to get rid of the missiles without causing all out nuclear war. This is when Kennedy decides to implement a blockade of Cuba. This would stop any more Soviet missiles from entering Cuba. After this, Kennedy and Khruschev negotiated for several days until they came up with the solution of both countries removing missiles from places close to each other.

The answer for number 20 is President Kennedy did not supply US air support.

The roughly 1,000 trained Cuban exiles were not nearly enough to overthrow the communist government of Cuba. When the ground troops failed, Kennedy refused to send air support. This solidified the fact that the US would not be successful in the Bay of Pigs.

i. The outcome of the US discovering Soviet missile sites in Cuba (Cuban Missile Crisis) was US naval blockade led to agreement with Soviet withdraw of missiles in Cuba and US missile withdraw in Turkey.

ii. The Bay of Pigs failed as President Kennedy did not supply US air support.

Further Explanations:

i. As per the agreement signed on 30th August 1963 commanders of both the US and the USSR instituted a uninterrupted line communication amid President“Nikita Khrushchev” and “John F Kennedy”. The circumstances were critical as any further tension could begin another nuclear war. Before the agreement, Kenny implemented a blockade in Cuba and prevents Soviet missiles from arriving Cuba. The conclusion was reached that both the nations will withdraw their missiles from the respective regions close to each other.

ii. Around 1,000 trained Cuban refugees were not enough to take over the communist government of Cuba. When the ground troops didn’t succeed much, Kennedy deniedsending air support. This proves the fact that the United nation didn’t succeed in the Bay of Pigs.
