A survey asked a group of students to list their eye color. The results of the survey are shown in the graph.Based on the graph, how many more students in a class of 300 students would be expected to have green eyes than blue eyes?
Since the ratio of students with green eyes to students with blue eyes in the graph is 20/10, we can see that there is 1 blue eyed student for every green eyed student. Meaning that there will be half as many blue eyed students as green eyed students. So if there are 300 students we know that there will be 150 blue eyed students.
