A definitely! It provides more closure for the paragraph. However, I would change some of the wording in your sentence. For example, I would use a transitional phrase to close the paragraph. Try investigating in some transitional phrases that are used to close a paragraph (ex. overall, in conclusion, etc). Once you’ve chosen one, pop it in front of the sentence and add a comma! In addition, instead of saying “teachers should make their cell phone enemy into an ally”, i would say “teachers should transform their once enemy of the cell phone into their ally in order to bring life to the classroom”.
