PLEASE HELP ME I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT ITS ASKING! I will give a brainlist for who answers and explains it.
Refer to the chordate cladogram above to answer the following questions.

1. List the adaptation that ALL vertebrates have in common.
2. List all the adaptations that your chordate has (as shown on the cladogram).
3. To which type of chordate is your chordate most closely related?
4. Why do you think endothermy appears at two points on the cladogram?
5. Amniotic eggs have a waterproof membrane. What type of animals evolved from animals that lay amniotic eggs?
6. In what type of habitat do you think the evolution of amniotic eggs helped animals survive? Hint: In what habitat do all animals without amniotic eggs live?

When it asks about the chordate that is mine, I choose a frog.

Respuesta :

1. All vertebrates have a vertebrae which is a given. They have a skull and backbone.
2. The adaptations of a frog would include everything that’s happened before it on the cladogram. So for the frog/toads, they have a vertebrae, a jaw and paired appendages, lungs and four limbs
3. Your chordate is closely related to the salamander
4. Endothermy appears at two points because both birds and mammals are endotherms. This means that they generate most of their heat through metabolic reactions
5. Reptiles, birds, and mammals all have amniotic eggs. Some mammals have an evolved egg though because it develops in the womb of the mother and lacks a shell
6. In a dry/ on land habitat
