Read the passage from “Here is New York”. In the first paragraph, the author claims that there are actually 3 New Yorks.

How does the author develop this claim?
When writing a constructed response to the above prompt, which point of view would be the most EFFECTIVE choice to write in?

1st person

2nd person

3rd person

Respuesta :

i think its 3rd person

3rd Person

Third person point of view is used when the speaker is outside of the story. It should be used for expository writing like constructed responses. Many students accidentally use first person point of view when they use "I" statements in their essays. For example, "I think..." This is not appropriate for constructed responses or analysis essays about literature. Second person point of view uses the pronouns you and your. Often instructional manuals are written in second person point of view. Just like first person, second person is not appropriate for a constructed response.
