I am unsure on this but I believe it is either a or b. Hope this helps.

The answer I believe would be B. Because when you earn something you deserve it. He is saying that he did not steal anything and what he has is rightfully his, he has earned it. I am not sure this would be correct or if what I have said makes any sense.
