The exact cause of ADHD are still unknown. But it is believed that certain foods or the lack of certain foods, increases ADHD behavior. It is believed that an omaga-3 deficiency may contribute to ADHD. It is also believed that excessive sugar intake and certain artificial colors may contribute as well. The Harvard medical school has performed many research projects on ADHD.
