The Contract Documents consist of the Agreement between Owner and  Contractor (hereinafter the Agreement), Conditions of the Contract (General, Supplementary and  other Conditions), Drawings, Specifications, addenda issued prior to execution of the Contract,  advertisement or invitation to bid, Instructions to Bidders, other documents listed in the  Agreement and Modifications issued after execution of the Contract. In the event of conflicts  among the contract documents, the Specifications shall take precedence over the Drawings, and  the Supplementary Conditions shall take precedence over the General Conditions. The Contract  Documents shall not be construed to create a contractual relationship of any kind between the  Owner and a Subcontractor or Sub-subcontractor.
