The
congress passed the USA Patriot Act in 2001. USA Patriot Act is an
anti-terrorist law under the government of President George W. Bush because of
the terrorist attack on September 11, 2001 also known as 9-11. This was signed
by President Bush on October 26, 2011 and was called the PATRIOT Act. USA
Patriot’s expanded form is Uniting and Strengthening America by Providing
Appropriate Tools Required to Intercept and Obstruct Terrorism ACT of 2001.
This law allows the government agencies prevent any acts of terrorism in the
country.
