Read the passage from My Antonia by Willa Cather

My Antonia

I told him I had always felt that other people—he himself, for one - knew her much better than I. I was ready, however, to make an agreement with him; I would set down on paper all that I remembered of Antonia if he would do the same. We might, in this way, get a picture of her.

Which point of view is used in the passage?

Since the paragraph is told using the word "I", it is clear that it is first person perspective. This point of view offers deep insight into the feelings of the main character, though sometimes it can skew the actual events that take place because of personal bias or misremembering/misunderstanding.
